This was dinner yesterday and basically today is not looking that different…
My idea was eat enough of it and you wont be hungry later… Didn’t work!
But I’m really staying focused on my fitness goal and I’m gonna stop thinking about cheat anything. You know: Cheat meal, cheat day or cheat food.
I don’t wanna be waiting to see when I’m gonna eat junk food or drink beer, sometimes you just gotta make tough decisions.
Making tough decisions doesn’t mean unhappiness, sometimes it just means I’m doing what’s best for me! And all the struggles just make it much more important.
